Will it work with my iPhone?
Yes, any iPhone from the 12 series through to the 17 series. It snaps on magnetically and charges wirelessly. Got an older iPhone or an Android? Use the USB-C port with your own cable and it works as a normal power bank.

Does it work with a case on?
Yes. The magnets grip strongest with a MagSafe case or no case. Very thick, non-MagSafe cases can weaken the hold, for those, the USB-C port always has you covered.

Is 5,000mAh actually enough?
For most iPhones that's a full extra charge, plenty to take you from a nearly-flat battery back through the rest of your day.

Will it fall off in my pocket?
No. The magnetic hold is designed for real life, it stays put through everyday movement, in your pocket or your bag.

How do I recharge Recharch itself?
Top it up through the USB-C port with any standard cable. A full recharge takes a couple of hours.

Can I take it on a plane?
Yes, 5,000mAh is well within airline carry-on limits.
